If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you — acquire physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the last parcel.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement. The simplest way is an email:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Any clear statement is enough. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs you paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we do not reimburse the additional cost.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before that period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. As a guide, at standard parcel rates, that is roughly €5.90 within Austria and €12.90 from Germany. These are retail rates for a parcel you send yourself — the discounted rates we pay to ship an order out to you are lower, and do not apply to your return.
Please pack the cups as carefully as we did — you are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if that loss results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Inspecting a cup is fine; using it daily for two weeks is not.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed. Our current collection consists of standard, non-personalised cups, so in practice the right of withdrawal applies to everything we sell.
The right of withdrawal is a consumer right. It does not apply to purchases made by businesses.
Withdrawal is your right to change your mind, with no reason needed. It is separate from and additional to your statutory warranty rights if an item is faulty — those are described in section 7 of our Terms & Conditions and last two years.
