Austria and Germany. We are a young studio and would rather ship two countries well than ten badly — if you are elsewhere and want a cup, write to info@artless.at and we will see what we can do.
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices for the cups themselves include the saucer.
We ship via GLS. We pack and dispatch within 2–5 business days. After that, expect roughly 3–7 business days for delivery. Orders placed on a weekend go out on Monday.
When your parcel is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation.
These are porcelain cups with saucers, so they travel in fitted protective packaging. If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, photograph it before unpacking if you can and email us — it makes the carrier claim much easier for both of us. Your statutory rights do not depend on you doing this.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, no reason required. The full legal notice, including the model withdrawal form, is on the Right of withdrawal page.
In short:
If something is faulty rather than simply unwanted, that is a warranty case, not a return — you get two years of statutory warranty and we cover the cost of putting it right. See section 7 of the Terms & Conditions.
